I replied to your comment over on TallyCat's page, but I'll say it here again. Your methods don't support your point. If you want change to happen, go submit a request asking the staff to have a deletion policy. Us DeviantArt users can't do anything about it so why hurt us?
As an afterthought, I figure you're just a pathetic spammer anyway. If you have good intentions and really want change (and have half a brain) you should easily be able to figure out how to send a suggestion.
